Hello, and thank you for being here. My name is Kristi Mollner. I train nutrition and health professionals about the principles and application of trauma-informed care in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
For over the past 17 years, I’ve partnered with public health nutrition programs, behavioral health clinics, worksite wellness programs, K-12 schools, and institutes of higher education on a variety of health and nutrition promotion, education, and policy initiatives.
From individual and group education to systems-level work, I’ve been a part of the evolution of the intersection of nutrition and mental health—locally (Phoenix, Arizona), statewide (Arizona), and nationwide (USA).
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who specializes in trauma-informed care for health and nutrition services and promotion, I continue to collaborate with fellow health professionals to passionately offer guidance and support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of trauma-informed best practices within nutrition and health programs.
I look forward to meeting you, hearing about your program’s goals, and chatting about how we could work together.
Take care,
Kristi
